No lawyer-speak, no dark patterns, no fine print designed to wear you down. Here is exactly what this website does with your data: nothing.
This is a static marketing website for Cyberium Limited. It is not a product, not a portal and not a place where anyone signs in. We do not collect, store, profile, sell, rent or share personal data through these pages. There is no account, no database behind this site, and nothing about your visit is logged by us.
We set no cookies, none. No "essential", no "preferences", no "we value your privacy" banner, because there is nothing to consent to.
No Google Analytics, no advertising pixels, no fingerprinting, no session recording, no third-party trackers following you around the web.
There is nothing to register for and nothing to log into. We hold no usernames, passwords or profiles tied to this site.
The "Request a Briefing" form does exactly one thing: it sends your message to us by email, like writing to us directly. Nothing is stored in any database, no copy is kept on the server, and no third party processes it.
Fonts, styles, scripts and images are all served from our own domain. Your browser talks to cyberium.limited and to nobody else. Open the network tab and check, we like visitors who verify.
We have no data broker business, no ad model and no incentive to monetise visitors. There is simply nothing here to sell.
Under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 you have the right to access, correct or erase your personal data. On this website that request takes about three seconds to fulfil, because we are holding none of it.
If, separately, you email us or sign a contract with us, that correspondence is handled under a proper engagement and a real data agreement, not under this page. This policy covers the public website only.
